Here at The Prince’s House Hotel, we pride ourselves on offering our guests from across the whole of the UK with a luxury dining experience. Our restaurant occupies one of the original parts of the hotel, offering a seasonal six course tasting menu and an extensive wine list to ensure you have a dining experience to suit you.
The restaurant occupies one of the original parts of the hotel with wood panel décor and paintings by Scottish and French artists. Our menu is a seasonal fixed four-course dinner, with a wide-ranging selection of wines from new and old-world vintages, house selections, and fine wine influenced by the old world.
The Prince's House Hotel is committed to using ingredients that come from local suppliers when possible, with our aim to support the local suppliers and economy. The quality of our food remains our priority, with ingredients only used to improve our diner's dishes whether the ingredients are local or not.
Our commitment to using local produce and the quality of our dishes have seen us awarded the “Flavour of Scotland” Thistle Award, the Highlands and Islands Dining Out award, as well as currently having 2 AA rosettes.
