Our dinner, bed and breakfast rates are detailed below. Please note that these rates will apply to all weekend bookings (Friday and Saturday nights) from Easter to the end of September.

Dinner can be taken in either our restaurant or bar, the three course set menu or a £30.00 allowance for the restaurant or bar a la carte menus is included in the above DBB rate.

Rates are per room per night, not per person. Where a double or twin room is used for single occupancy, the price used will be the single room rate plus a supplement of £15.00 per night.

For families with younger children we have a superior double room with adjoining single room, an extra childs bed can be added to the single room. For families with older children we have adjacent double and twin rooms available. A high chair is available for the use of our younger guests, please note we do not have a cot.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the hotel, please advise us at the time of booking if you intend to keep your dog in your bedroom, the room allocated will be one of our standard bedrooms, £5 per stay will be charged. Any damage to soft furnishings etc. must be paid for on departure. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining room.

Reservations can be secured by providing valid credit (Mastercard or Visa) or debit card details, we will not charge a deposit unless requested. Alternatively, a deposit payable by cheque for the first nights accommodation will secure your booking. Refunded cheques will be subject to a £5 charge to cover bank and administration costs.

Cancellation Policy We will charge for the first nights accommodation in the event of non-arrival, or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice. In the event of a booking being curtailed after arrival we may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation charge. Room rates will revert to our standard (rack) rate applicable for the period.

In the event of a booking being amended prior to arrival, we reserve the right not to accept the amendment. Should we accept the amendment, we reserve the right to charge the total amount payable under the original booking i.e. a 4 night booking at £100.00 per night = £400.00, amended to 2 nights will still cost £400.00.

Celebration?
For that special occasion why not order a bottle of champagne? We can put it on ice in your room awaiting your arrival. The cost is £37.95 per bottle for House champagne, vintage champagnes are also available, further information about our current stock is available on request.

In accordance with Scottish legislation, smoking is not permitted within the hotel building.
