Rates are per room per night, not per person. Where a double or twin room is used for single occupancy, the price used will be the single room rate plus a supplement of £15.oo per night.

Children under the age of 12 sharing a room with parents are charged for meals only (if our triple room is requested this will be charged at normal tariff). We have a high chair available but do not have a cot.If the weekend rate applies, this is reduced by £30 per night and the child’s evening meal will be charged as taken.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, £5 per stay is charged. Any damage to soft furnishings etc. must be paid for on departure. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining room.

Reservations can be secured by providing valid credit or debit card details, we will not charge a deposit unless requested. Alternatively, a deposit payable by cheque for the first nights accommodation will secure your booking. Refunded cheques will be subject to a £5 charge to cover bank and administration costs.

Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to charge for the first nights accommodation in the event of non-arrival, or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice. In the event of a booking being curtailed after arrival we may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation charge. Room rates will revert to our standard (rack) rate applicable for the period.

In the event of a booking being amended prior to arrival, we reserve the right not to accept the amendment. Should we accept the amendment, we reserve the right to charge the total amount payable under the original booking i.e. a 4 night booking at £80 per night = £320, amended to 2 nights will still cost £320.
